The aedicules were photographed by night to tell their silent charm, the result of believers’ faith towards the sacred images.
They have both a religious value and an artistic one linked to the cultural traditions of the city.
The aedicules here shown are part of a project still in progress.
Some of them were exposed at GAM (Galleria d’Arte Moderna – Modern Art Gallery) of Catania during the group exhibition “Cartografie visive – Visual Cartographies“
